Last year, Altenburg strengthened its Munich office with an experienced partner who has good contacts with management consultancies and insolvency law firms. In general, the boutique is a popular point of contact for law firms from other fields, with whom it advises on mandates at the interface to corporate law, compliance and many other transactions.
